Company Great - Product Not So Much Jun 07, 2010
By P. Wilson While I have absolutely no complaints about the service provided by the merchant, the product wasn't what I might have expected for the price. One of the features was a surface that helped grip the stick. With the very first use, that started to peel off. I had read another review that said that might happen and someone else who said it still worked fine without it. So, it's not like I didn't have fair warning. But, you would think the manufacturer would have resolved that quality problem by now.
