2Broke on day one  Nov 11, 2010 By James Kight
I bought this stick after do diligence and researching different LaCrosse sticks online. My stepson was very happy with this stick at first, it is very light, not much more then 3 lbs. and the ability to fling the ball with the 10 degree basket was easy to learrn.
Like my title says the very first day the stick took a hard hit and the basket went flying off into the air. It was do to one very small sheet metal screw that holds the basket to the stick. What a p.o.s, after the game I bought a small bolt and nut and put a through bolt to hold the basket to the stick. Now comes the next bad part, the basket itself cracked around the bottom of the basket where it connects to the stick. After paying $189 for a stick that gets great reviews I would think that it would have better build quality, even after contacting STX with comments as to the problems with this product no responses forthcoming.
I gave it two stars just because of the lightness of the stick.
